In what has to be one of the worst camouflage jobs we have seen on a test vehicle, the 2023 Alfa Romeo Tonale Q4 PHEV plug-in hybrid has been caught again testing on the streets of Europe. One would think that the patch of camouflage over the driver-side charging port would draw more attention to the vehicle, and definitely allowed Walter Vayr of GabetzSPYUnit to grab some even better shots of the new electrified Alfa.
